1) Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, shipping SHIPPING is $10.00 for most anything. EXCEPT for growth charts, fairy doors and bracelets. To ship a growth chart will cost you $15.00. BUT if you purchase other items, I will combine them with the growth chart packaging, so it will not be more than $15.00. Does that make sense? If not, contact me with any questions please! To ship a bracelet or fairy door will cost you $5.00. We request that International customers contact us first to see about shipping costs.

2) Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalization of every item we create, we do not accept returns. However, you are welcomed and encouraged to be a part of the creative process so that the items you purchase will be exactly what you are looking for.

3) Are you affiliated with major manufacturers?
No, we are NOT affiliated in any way, with any bedding, toy, or furniture manufacturer. What we do here at Bella Inspired is paint items to COORDINATE with your bedding, hobbies, or room theme.

4) If I don't see the font I desire, does this mean you do not have it?
Not at all! Please ask us any questions and make any special requests! Our letter supplier is awesome and so great to work with! Chances are he will supply us with the font you desire!

5) My bedding set is discontinued, and I can't find it on the web. Can you match it?
Of course we can! Just send us pictures via email or snail mail, or swatches of the fabric!

6) Do you accept cash, checks or credit cards?
At this time, we will only accept payments through Paypal. Paypal is a secure website where you can safely use your credit or debit cards. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information.

7) How long does it take to complete an order?
We currently quote a turn around time of six (6) to eight (8) weeks for completion, NOT including shipping time. If the items need to be rushed, please contact us before ordering to discuss the timeline. Depending on the rush request, you may acquire a $30.00 fee per item. (To clarify, this fee would apply to a name, not a single letter.)
